By using Statement2Tally you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Free during early access

Paid plans may come later; we will announce them before they apply to you.

Statement2Tally converts bank statement PDFs into Excel, CSV and Tally XML files in your browser. It is free while in early access. Features, supported banks and pricing may change; we will announce paid plans before they apply to you.

Check the output

Check the output before filing

The balance check flags problems, but you remain responsible for what you import and file.

We check every row against the statement's running balance and highlight rows that do not reconcile, but conversion can still be wrong, for example when a bank changes its statement layout. You are responsible for reviewing the converted data before you rely on it, post it to your books or use it for any filing. Statement2Tally is a data-conversion tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice.

Your responsibilities

  • Only process statements you are authorised to handle, such as your own or your clients' with their consent.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service for misuse.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including errors in converted data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
