A single redacted page, with names, account numbers and amounts blacked out, is all we ever need. Share a client's statement only with their permission.
Requesting a bank
Include:
- The bank's name
- Statement type: net-banking download or emailed e-statement
- One redacted sample page (optional, helps a lot)
Reporting a problem
Include:
- Which bank
- How many pages the statement has
- What looked wrong (row number, what you expected)
- The browser you used
- A screenshot with amounts and names hidden
